Zalman CNPS8000A Ultra Quiet Low Profile CPU Cooler

Because CPUs are getting hotter and hotter, we have seen heatsinks getting bigger and bigger to cope with the cooling demands. The problem with very large heatsink is that they sometimes can not be used in lower profile chassis where space is at a premium. Zalman have successfully addressed this problem with the CNPS8000A without sacrificing performance.

At only 66 mm tall the CNPS8000A is capable for cooling any CPU it is compatible with. It does this with the aid of four "C" shaped heatpipes that transfer the heat from the copper base to the top edge of the fins. This allows the whole heatsink to be used more efficiently.
