Scythe Grand Kama Cross Quiet Top Flow CPU Cooler

The Grand Kama Cross is not called Grand for nothing, it stands 140mm tall and it is not even a tower cooler! It is a Top Down cooler, which means it is designed to blow air directly down onto the motherboard rather than across it like a tower cooler. The air flow direction helps to cool the components surrounding the CPU socket as well as the CPU.

The installed fan is a special 140mm PWM slip-stream fan, which can produce a massive 70 CFM. The extra size means the fan does not necessarily have to spin as fast as a 120mm fan, this helps reduce the noise without compromising cooling performance.

The Grand Kama Cross is very versatile. It is compatible with virtually every CPU socket in production, including Intel's i7 and i5 CPUs. It is also possible to mount the cooler in any orientation to help optimise airflow through the system and keep temperature down to a minimum.
